We want you to be fully satisfied with your Eastpak purchase, which is why we offer a generous 30-day return window for all items in their original condition. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as the journey you take with our gear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic tags and warranty cards are included inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund through our system.
